  1. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur.

  2. Promotional free-shipping offers may apply for certain order values, regions, or time-limited campaigns.  
    1. For international orders (including New Zealand), additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

    2. Once an order is shipped, delays caused by transport carriers, customs processes, weather, or other external factors are outside our control.

    3. We are not liable for delays, but we will assist you in tracking or resolving delivery issues where possible.

    Tracking Your Order

    1. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if tracking is available for the chosen method).

    2. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
