Refund policy

Consumer Guarantees, Returns, Refunds & Faulty Goods

  1. Our goods come with guaranteed rights under ACL or New Zealand consumer protection legislation — including that goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, match their description, and be free from defects. 

  2. If a product is faulty, significantly different from its description, or unfit for purpose, you may have the right to a repair, replacement or refund (depending on the nature of the fault and your preference). We will not rely on any “no-refunds” / “no returns” / “all sales final” policies for faulty goods, as doing so would breach consumer law. 

  3. If you simply change your mind (i.e. the product is not faulty), refunds or exchanges are at our discretion. If we choose to offer refunds or exchanges in this case, we may set reasonable conditions (e.g. return of unworn, unwashed items, tags still attached).

  4. If you are returning a faulty or defective item, we will cover return shipping costs (or reimburse them), unless otherwise agreed.
